Disappointing

Disliked: My wife woke up with ants and bed bugs

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Comfortable, clean room with the basics. Great shower. Reception friendly.
Disliked: Two different members of staff overcharged my card twice by several hundred euros. Was refunded, but frustrating. Perhaps just needing to pay a bit closer attention. Location pretty far away from city centre, but I knew that.

A pleasant stay

Liked: most the staff were really nice and friendly and helpful, easy access 24/7
Disliked: One member of staff had a bad attitude because we said we didn't want our room cleaning and it is far from the city and the motion sensor light in the toilet didn't work right when you went in it went dark but when came out the light went on

Comfortable accomodation with good value...

Liked: The hotel was very good overall, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms were tidy and provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests or questions.
Disliked: The location was outside the city, which was a deliberate choice on our part.
