Terrible professionalism and rude staff

Liked: The location is nice and the hotel is well connected
Disliked: The receptionist (young French woman during the afternoons) is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Rooms were not ready even after the checkin time. Parking was dark and creepy without any electricity.
