Liked: The room was clean, the wifi worked ok and the chekout times were ideal.
Disliked: There was a misunderstanding with the staff (a guy) regarding breakfast arrangements and they were rude and didn't solve our problem, blaming us. The rest of the staff was respectful. The pipes from the sink were dripping. Breakfast was sometimes not restocked.

Convenient location

Liked: The location was great as the buses and trams were right on the doorstep. There are small supermarkets and cafes down the road from the Ibis so you can get everything you need. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and put the rugby on for us in the guest's area. We enjoyed staying here as it's convenient to public transport, the big Park, and only 10 minutes to the city.
Disliked: We have no complaints about this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.
