Endured for one night only

Liked: The night receptionist was communicative and helpful
Disliked: The floor felt greasy underfoot and the room was grotty, worn and the bathroom barely functioned. Broken toilet seat. Flush that required persistence to get it to work. Daytime reception didn’t know how to get anywhere and continued to inform us to use Google Maps to all our questions; though did advise to use the “Metro” if we needed to get to Heathrow (didn’t realise we were in Paris, but I assumed he meant Underground/Tube). Didn’t know how to get there but said Google Maps would get us there.

Decent facility and good location

Liked: Good room bath is bit small but that's avg in London, bit away from Central London but you get bus right across hotel every 3 min or train station is about 8 min walk, decent breakfast in our booking wasn't included about 8.50 pound and next door gr8 grocery store Tesco and many restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Everything is decent ! and last min booking for good price
