Liked: Close proximity to the airport
Disliked: Room was an interesting set up, very small and basic but did have all the necessary things for a 1 night stay before heading to the airport. The room smelt like drains unfortunately and wasn’t the cleanest. Shower opened straight into the bedroom with nowhere private to change, so if you aren’t close with your friend before your stay you were after!

Disliked: Dark room , unable to watch TV properly due to no signal issues, noisy people in hallway , The furniture in the room. Uncomfortable bed.

Liked: Had parking and friendly staff
Disliked: When we arrived at the property we were sent to level 3 where our room was and upon arrival it smelt of weed. I’m asthmatic and that was very problematic for me. We asked for the room to be changed which they staff helped and sorted out for us. However the room they placed us in, the sink kept overflowing when washing your hands and the water overflowed onto the floor. We had to use towels to clean the water and the towels also had blood on them, this is not acceptable at all for a customer who is staying at the hotel. See attached photos.

Liked: The location of this particular Ibis is the main reason for booking my one night stay. It's very close to Hounslow Central tube station, roughly 5-6 minutes walking distance. The facilities are fair and I cannot fault them for the price I paid via booking.com. I'd certainly recommend to family & friends if they are staying with that area of London. A major plus is having a Tesco express next door!!!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was fine in my honest opinion!
