no air-conditioning and floor dommaged

Liked: personal and breakfast perfect
Disliked: The windows do not open, and the air conditioning is not working! This issue is already mentioned on their website, but they clearly do not care.This is a sauna!!!Additionally, the floor is damaged! I injured myself because I did not expect to fall through the floor in my room!Please see the pictures below.
