Pleasant
Liked: Room was clean but very small.
Disliked: It was very smelly in the rooms, smelt like blocked drains, in both rooms we had.Coffee machine was broken.

Liked: Suited what was needed for a quick stopover after a late flight.
Disliked: We had made it clear before arriving that we would be landing on a late flight and not arriving until after 1am , the property replied telling us that that was perfect and that it is a 24/7 reception (As stated in facilities also). We arrived and there was nobody at reception , we had waited approximately 30 minutes and tried to contact the property by phone and message to no response as would be impossible as you would see the phone in reception had been taken off the line. After an hour we had to call booking.com customer services which we were waiting for some time approximately 20 minutes and as the operator answered the hotel receptionist came out of another room at the hotel to which I assume he was asleep as he had tossed hair etc (but only assuming). He was very ignorant and didn't apologise for the inconvenience or for the wait , the only words he said were "city taxes" with the price we had to pay and handed a room key and walked back to the room. Terrible experience not a 24/7 reception and exceptionally poor staff. Room was ok very basic but was expected for the price , however would have paid for another hotel to avoid the frustration faced upon arrival and an approximate 1.5 hour wait to get a room.
