Liked: Hotel met all my requirements for this trip - convenience, value, quality and pet friendly. The facilities were simple but spotless and the location just off the motorway was ideal. Staff were very friendly on the phone and one site.
Disliked: Nothing to add - I did not need any catering facilities so I can't comment on this aspect of the hotel service.

Liked: Not much to be honest
Disliked: It is ibis owned and is very shabby . It was dirty to the level where I didn’t want to touch things in the room -everything was very aged and the carpets were completely strained , the shower plus was dirty and clogged . There was a crowd of young people staying and I was kept awake until 3am with their noise - no sound proofing between floors . I paid £72 and felt cheated -the noise standard was much lower

Disliked: No shower or shampoo gels in the room , no soap to wash hands in sink.
