Not available A/C at the...

Liked: The location, is very close to the subway.
Disliked: The A/C service is a joke, staff said that the A/C is general of the building and only gets activated when is more than 26 Celsius, I chose this option for the A/C, it was a completely disappointed experience.

Great and communicative location

Liked: The location is great since it is close to different kinds of public transport. The Frankfurt Zoo is pretty close and can be easily reached by walking for a few minutes. Various delicious restaurants and bakeries are close to the hotel.
Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working.
