Liked: Unfortunately, due to the mistreatment, I did not feel any comfort
Disliked: The receptionist named Nader was a very bad person and has no respect for guests at all. He uses bad language, is nervous and completely uncooperative. He did not explain to us that the parking under the hotel is not free even though I booked with a parking space. When I asked him, he said press the button and they will open it for you. When I pressed the button to open the parking gate, the person on duty responded in an even worse manner than Nader. He was shouting at the top of his voice as if I was a criminal and did not respect that I was a guest and a customer coming from a long way, especially since we arrived late and were exhausted from the long journey. When we were leaving, they asked me to pay 12 euros for the parking space even though my booking was with a parking space. When I asked, the employee said the free parking is only outside. It was a very bad experience and I would not try it or advise anyone to try it, knowing that I will return from Switzerland to Frankfurt tomorrow, but it is impossible for me and my family to stay there again

Disliked: The A/C service is a joke, staff said that the A/C is general of the building and only gets activated when is more than 26 Celsius, I chose this option for the A/C, it was a completely disappointed experience.
