Friendly staff and clean rooms

Liked: I have stayed in many Ibis hotels but this one really stands out as the best! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Daniel at the front desk; he was incredibly kind, friendly and made me feel very welcome. His warm attitude and professionalism added a personal touch to my stay that I really appreciated. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well located, just as you would expect from Ibis but what made the experience exceptional was the staff; especially Daniel. We gave him a small chocolate from our tradition.I highly recommend it.

Liked: I am very disappointed by the recipient behavior at check-in time.....behaved very rudely. Overall facilities are okay.

Liked: Close to local transport.Restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Toilet paper holder was broken and fixed with adhesive tape.Noise from the nearby road was clearly audible in the room.Walls partially dirty.
