An ok stay but o...

Liked: Standard hotel and clean and comfortable
Disliked: The check in out of hours was an issue as people could not get access.There were a lot of confused people in the reception area.Somebody managed to call a number and were told that the staff were at a Xmas party so could t help.He eventually got through to a number and resolved the issue and passed the number to me.I was able to call and got my access.I then passed the number to some other people to help them.Also, I really hurt my head in the night when I banged it on the bunk bed nice my bed. This made my tooth bleed and I had a headache all day.Can you not look into redesigning the sharp edges of these beds?
