Cheap but not cheerful

Liked: The convenient location and free car park were really the only good things about this hotel.
Disliked: The room was spacious but smelled damp, the bed linen was dirty, the bathroom was mouldy, the chairs were torn and very uncomfortable. I wouldn't have trusted that the kettle or cups were clean enough to not make us sick so we didn't use any of the in room facilities.

Disliked: Single beds are a bit too narrow than regular size.

Disliked: The room was worn. The carpets looked burnt. When I arrived the cleaner was still in my room. The reception wasn’t at the front when I arrived and then even when they spoke to me it took them another 10 minutes to find the key

Disliked: Rundown ,tired,rubbish and overgrown at rear view (beer cans cigarette butts plastic bags) ,seats in room torn and cut.

A great place for future...

Liked: We arrived early and were allowed in for a small fee of £10.00 .It was our first visit to this hotel, and we are both h in agreement that we shall definitely endeavour to book this hire on future visits to Dundee.
Disliked: There was nothing that we didn't like during our short stay of4 days.A very pleasant experience indeed.
