Liked: Did not have any breakfast - none was offered.
Disliked: The room was very sparse and empty. We had to ask for a hair dryer. The clothes hanger was broken so could not hang clothes. The kettle did not work had to take it to reception and get them to test it and then agree and then replace it. But he guy at reception - clearly very busy - was very nice and helped as best he could.

Disliked: The mold, the spiders, the dirt, the noise, the fact that every single room has the SAME key!!! Anybody could get into your room at night!! On my bed was a set of complimentary ear buds for the noise! Don't stay here! Your car or van is definitely a better option!

Liked: We booked in with 2 dogs. Tge standard of room was not what I expected the carpet can only be described as disgusting the carpet had brown stains all around the room clearly where dogs had 'weed', and all over the carpet were stains. As a responsible dog owner, when I stay in a hotel, I take kitchen towel roll, clothes, carpet cleaner just in case my dog has an acciden. We had 2 dogs and were charged £10 per dog to cover cleaning which in my opinion clearly rooms are not cleaned properly

Disliked: Staff weren't helpful . Staff tried to enter the room whilst we were in bed early doors when check out wasn't until later on . The hotel smelt rotten of dog food . The bath has a bit of vinyl stuck to the bottom of it instead of a bath mat

Handy for what we needed.

Liked: We only used this hotel as a place to sleep after a festival in Dundee. Have stayed before, when it was called something different and do feel that it has gone downhill since then, but was cheap and cheerful.
Disliked: Couldn't rate staff, as never saw anyone, however they messaged with details of how to get in to hotel.

Disappointing

Liked: There was subway and gas Station nearby
Disliked: Awful smell in the room, stained carpet and very smelly, mould in bathroom

Disgusting pit !

Liked: Absolutely nothing place was disgusting feet sticking to the carpets, bath was black, windows wouldnt open ,I checked in got to room and burst into tears this shouldn't be allowed £85 I wouldn't pay a penny given that ! Not to mention there was a fire inspector in won't mention the company name but he was advising the hotel has the English fire laws not the Scottish also a few issues that the hotel need to change but he was like we can mask that up so you don't have to change anything !!!! What in the he'll like that's people's life's that your putting at risk ! Place needs closing down !
