Rude staff member unclean rooms

Disliked: Brown poo looking stains on the carpet Stains on the bed Someone’s old trousers left under the bed and when told the reception the room was dirty and didn’t feel ok with staying in it due to this I was faced with a lady in her 50s who was extremely rude didn’t listen to what I said and then said she couldn’t understand me cause I was Scottish and she didn’t have another room so check out I was in the room for a hour most a waste of money
