Liked: Location was great; located in an area surrounded by major tourist attractions hence the great value of money spent for the stay. The heavy entrance door and use of a keypad gave us a good sense of security. Checkin was quick and unproblematic. Room was as comfortable as advertised.
Disliked: dusty - coats of dust on everything in the room. Breakfast was sufficient enough, however not necessarily worth the asking price.

Excellent stylish hotel in a...

Liked: Only reason for not high score for staff is that like many hotels now there of often very little contact other than check in. Room very modern design with stylish built in shower and touch operatrd light switches and automatic toilet light. Room decoration clean and bright with large panorama window down to floor level giving an excellent view ono the street. Excellent location within 10 mins walk of the Altstadt. Frequent tram service right outside the hotel and round the corner giving quick access to the Central Station and across the river to the Neustadt. Typically good German style buffet breakfast set up. Row of restaurants across the road including the excellent Shamrock Irish Pub.
Disliked: No dislikes. This is as close to the perfect hotel for my needs as I have ever come across. Well done Ibis !
