Disliked: Room infested with at least 10 mosquitos which kept me up all night killing them but left with numerous bites and welts - little sleep as well

Disliked: There is a complete lack of soundproofing. Whenever someone closes a door, the walls literally shake. Conversations, movements, and even the creaking bed from neighboring rooms are clearly audible, creating an experience more akin to a budget hostel than a hotel charging 150 euros per night. The ventilation is inadequate, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable. Opening the window brings in constant street noise, making it impossible to rest or relax. This level of discomfort is unacceptable given the price point.

Price quoted is inaccurate

Liked: Room was clean, reception was smart, receptionists were helpful.
Disliked: - I asked for quiteness but had some work in the room above in the night. - I asked for secured parking. The details implied parking included but had to pay for it. - The price appeared to be final payment but tax also was charged again.- Had to pass on breakfast ... €12 pp to include coffee / tea and croissant 🥐 Seriously??- Pillows seriously needs changing, at least a year ago.- Last booking was also just as bad - Not using your services again unless you start quoting bottom line prices. And finally, before submitting, it asks if I want to edit. On this page, it automatically rates 4.0. I would not go above 2 for inaccuracy and worn out pillows.
