Very poor

Disappointing

Disliked: The room is very small,especially the toilet. The sink was blocked. The bed had some hair and dust. Some one tried to break the door at night.

Cheap but not worth it.......

Disliked: Silver fish on my pillow, pubic hair on my shower mat cobwebs everywhere. Noisy heater and very smelly

Nice accommodation and very convenient...

It’s not fancy, but it’s...

Liked: The room was a lot better than I expected it to be. It was a budget room, but had a TV and fridge, and the bed was comfortable. There was shampoo and conditioner, and milk, coffee etc. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The sink for the bathroom was in the bedroom, and the toilet/bathroom itself was quite small. There were some noisy people having what sounded like a party in the carpark overnight and that made it difficult to sleep (This is the reason that I stayed elsewhere the second night and only came back to check out).

Liked: Such a terrible stays as the customer service guy was acting so rude and shit. My room alarm activated by itself , the “ bossy reception guy “ came and asked me to leave at 3am in the morning when I had no place to be in the cold night. I have to ask him let’s me stay. Night mate was not finished yet when I continued support this “ shit service hotel “ , again I played music in my own room for the Saturday night as a long weekend. Again the same reception guy knocked my door at 5am and told me like my father “ Turn off the music right now “ without any “ excuse me or saying better words. I believe he is trying to leave the hotel so he try to destroy the customer service . Unbelievable the person who is working in the hospitality industry who can acted like a shit . He must be no qualification for this role. Strongly recommend this guy should be leave the hospitality industry . Also the room was not clean probably, mirror was dirty , cup did not wash at all.
