Really good budget hotel

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable rooms and we really appreciated access to a water cooler near reception. There’s a great woodland walk nearby where we took the dogs for a walk. We took the opportunity of using the discount vouchers for the restaurant nearby, Courtepaille which allows dogs inside the restaurant.
Disliked: Minor problem in the bathroom for the disabled - the water during a shower drains towards the toilet. Perhaps a shower curtain is required?

Great place for a stop...

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: A little noisy outside the hotel.

Although we chose to stay...

Liked: We stopped here whilst travelling through. It met our need although it was very basic accommodation.
Disliked: There was a smell which I am unsure what it were as we entered the hotel and the room. I believe this is a pet friendly hotel so it might be something to do with that?

Adequate and useful location

Liked: Location great for us as we had onward travel south west to Brittany so straight onto the A84 within minutes was perfect. Did not expect to pay €10 for our dog. Noisy McDonald’s next door. Charge for our pet.

Liked: We needed a stop-over after getting off the late ferry and this met our needs perfectly. Very easy to find. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful (even when we arrived much later than expected due to a delay at the port).Plenty of secure parking and a great shower!

Liked: Does exactly as advertised, perfect stop over, off the ferry, a 30 minute drive and a good night’s sleep before onward journey
