Fine for 1 night

Liked: Fine for a one night stop over, small room but comfortable. Breakfast was fine for the price.
Disliked: Not very inviting on arrival, nothing to do apart from go to your small room.

Pleasant stay!

Liked: We would like to thank Elisa at the reception for her friendliness and great help to get a bigger room. She did everything to find the best solution for us. Very nice!Also she pointed out the food truck on the terrain for some very good food. Overall she provided a pleasant stay!

Good place to sleep as...

Liked: Very close to the highway and 20 min from Bordeaux city center. Perfect to sleep on the trip to Portugal or back to Germany. Breakfast was ok.

Great hotel, confused airlock, arrive...

Liked: It was nice when I actually got in as the airlock was confusing. I didn't understand it to start with and once I got in the room was fantastic and so was breakfast.
Disliked: Just my room code changing each night. I was trying to get in on second night for so long with old room code, until I decided to put my card in again.

I wouldn’t go back to...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The shower head on the bathroom was broken and it wouldn’t adjust to the proper height in order for us to shower. I spoke with the receptionist and he simply couldn’t do anything about it. So my husband asked if he had some tools and my husband fixed the shower head. Incredible! On our vacation trip we were working for free for the hotel. Unbelievable. After that nothing happened. The receptionist not even said thank you or offered us anything for what we’ve done. Also the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The bathroom towels were dirty and stained so I had to ask for clean ones. Pretty bad.
