It was a value for money hotel but the breakfast totally not worth the money. Close to all major events.

Liked: Value for money. Near NEC and almost near to everything, airport included.
Disliked: Breakfast.

I've stayed there before for...

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Small room. Wash Basin in room. Bunk bed above head. No kettle, no bottle of water even. Asked to change rooms as I paid £312.00 for one night. No breakfast included. I asked if the least they could do would be to let me have breakfast for the price I paid. Met with arrogant 'no'.

Disliked: When I ordered my meal, the drink was wrong and then the meal was wrong. When I got the bill, that was also wrong. Stayed here many times, not had this experience before

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Next to airportBreakfast was poor.Seemed to be lack of StaffAs a night Manager of several Hotels.The Morning staff were not happy that the overnight staff did not do their job properly.
Disliked: More Staff. Leads to better morale which means they smile more.Everyone looked Miserable and it did not look like they were a team.Needs The leadership to Lead A lot of the stuff on the Menu was not on.Again should be no excuse.Someone should be in charge of Stock control and ordering.
