Great Stay in a Central...

Liked: I stayed for one night and had a great experience. The room was larger than expected, actually more spacious than it looked in the photos and located in a very central area, which made getting around easy. I had requested a cot, and it was provided without any issue. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Excellent value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Disliked: The shower floor was a bit slippery, so a non-slip mat would help enhance safety. Also, there was only one power socket near the table and none near the beds, which might be inconvenient for some guests.Despite these minor points, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Excellent value for money, and I’d definitely return!

Liked: Nice and helpful Staff and good water power in the shower.
Disliked: Non-smoking hotel - but you have to go past all the smokers to get in - they occupy the only outside chairs. So-called sound isolated rooms? The external window perhaps, bot not into the floor or neighbour rooms. All doors slams shot as if it where an angy child. No real door to the toilet - you have to stay in any odor you produce in there. You have to hold the shower - no useful holder over head. And I could go on. My conclution: The hotel could update lots of the problems - but until they do so - choose another Hotel in Bern.

Superb

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. The hotel and room itself was very clean and had all the amenities listed.
Disliked: The parking fee/night was very expensive. I paid 10€/night for parking at IBIS Luxembourg and had to pay 22€/night at IBIS Bern. A bit expensive in my opinion

Liked: At night, the gentleman at the reception when we checked in, he helped us a lot when we decided to upgrade our room from Ibis Budget to Ibis. Friendly, helpful staff.. I appreciate his kindness.
Disliked: No cupboard, no proper toilet door or ventilation, the smallest shower, and lavatory for hand wash was in the middle of the room. Extra small room, we couldn't walk inside the room with two suitcases. The beds were shaky. I gave 5 for the upgraded room. Even in the upgraded room, there were not any slippers or small fridge.
