Pleasant, comfortable stay with easy...

Liked: Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center of Bern, transportation is really easy. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so you can easily reach anywhere in the city. With the reservation confirmation from Booking.com, you have free transportation to the hotel, which is very convenient. Additionally, a detailed email is sent about how to reach the hotel, so you don’t have any questions.The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly, and you immediately feel at home as soon as you arrive. During check-in, they also explain in detail how to use Bern’s free public transportation, which is an extra bonus. The room we stayed in was a double room, and both the room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable.The area where the hotel is located is quite quiet and safe, so you can comfortably go out even late at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations in terms of both comfort and transportation.

Liked: Easy to get to the football stadium and get around on public transport with free travel pass. Comfortable room!
Disliked: There wasn’t any privacy for the shower. The door opened up into the room

Great location, also great value...

Liked: The location was great, and the practicality of the room was well too. The view from the window was great too, it didn't feel like we are in the middle of the city. Parking the car was no trouble either. The staff was very friendly and we got all the information we needed. The city public transportation ticket which came free of charge with the room was a nice bonus, we utilized it during our stay. Breakfast was great as well.
Disliked: The toilet seat was on the small size to my taste, but it was no show stopper! ;-)
