Liked: The beds where comfortable, the location was excellent, staff was friendly
Disliked: The shower head in our shower was a bit broken, and one of the overhead lamps was broken also

Liked: Very good Location.Very good Value for Money.Cleanliness was top, and the room was good.
Disliked: The late check-in at 15:00 was a bummer.Also, the staff scolding a bit our kid unnecessarily... was too much.

Good location. Would not book...

Liked: Good location, easy to get around via walking and underground.
Disliked: Pillow provided was a couch cushion.Aircon was non existent.Windows do not open.Very loud at night with doors slamming throughout the night and people running up and down corridors.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, very friendly service.Night porter brought 3 more cushions for friend with backproblems.......
