Liked: Clean, close to the main attractions in Berlin.
Disliked: The staff in the reception was very rude. I was advised that Germans are kind of this but never happened until I did the check-in in this hotel. I was asking for my key, and he yelled at me, I did say, " Please calm down," and he replied , " No, you calm down, so we argued at some point, a part from that the hotel was great.

Liked: The location is very good. The breakfast is delicious. The personal is nice. The price is good. The hotel has a very big parking garage.
Disliked: The room smell like smokers room. The wall and the floor need renovation. The mattres is not good. The restaurant area is very crowded. The garage is almost full everyday.

Liked: Location with bus and S-bahn stops nearby.
Disliked: I had a room overlooking the backyard. The neighbours had a bit noisy airco humming on the ground floor. But close the window and there is no problem.

Disliked: The mattress had bed bugs, after 1 night we woke up feeling itchy and full of marks. Parking was really narrow and the people is the reception was not nice.
