Liked: Clean rooms walking distance to terminals but also shuttle bus. Good access to shops and easy access when driving with convenient free carpark. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient stop for flights and much cheaper than other hotels actually on site.

Liked: Room is very small. Hotel do provide free hot drinks at the lobby. about 20 minutes walk to international terminal. Supermarket next to the hotel and fast food.

Always great staff

Liked: Always great staff....so welcoming. We stay there regularly. Easy walk to and from the airport and even to Manawa Bay Shops.Beds comfortable. We were on 6th floor and the room was right next to ? water cylinder?aircon units and very noisy in the evening...like a huge tumble dryer. My husband wears hearing aids and he could hear it with no aids in! The wall was vibrating next to the bed!Staff immediately moved us 4 doors along to a bigger room to escape the noise...at 9pm. No.problem.
Disliked: It's a budget hotel but if you realise that, there is nothing to dislike!!

Liked: Super handy to AKL airport. An easy walk, even with a case. Also an easy walk to outlet shopping centre, just past the butterfly park.
Disliked: Everything was fine. In answer to the question, "What could have been better?" it would be nice to have more space, but I'm not complaining as I was seeking budget accommodation on this trip. More elbow room is always good, but everything was fine really.
