Worst hotel experience ever

Liked: Outside terraceBeds okay
Disliked: Service. Rude staff rolled their eyes at me when I was distressed/crying. She said I had to pay abd even when I showed her proof I had paid before arrival via booking she said I had to pay. Location. In the middle of the countryside. 15 minutes uphill walk from the nearest bus stop (into Annecy cebtre). At night time it was very dark with no street lights.Cleanliness. Black mould in the shower, smell of dampness in tiny bathroom, tiles in shower stained yellow. Giant cobweb outside my room and my child ran her finger along the corridor rail thing and it was thick with dust.
