Liked: The location was very central
Disliked: It's not clear as to where to check in. I didn't realise I had to go to novotelI requested the room cleaned, and it wasn't. Full bins left untouched, bed not made. They just cleaned cups in the room. Only shower towels in the bathroom, no hand towels for drying your handsThe noise from the air conditioning in the bathroom was very noisy.

Disliked: All services are in the hotel across the square, the HVAC was locked down and it was blowing warm air into an already warm room, the cruise ship plastic and plywood feeling, fitted carpets, no fridge or safe in the room, small room

Liked: Great location for exploring the city.
Disliked: Air con wasn't working and the window screwed shut so had an awful nights sleep! The bin wasn't emptied before we arrived and the room is very very small.

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Brugge. Professional staff in the bar (Albanian guy), helpful and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Noisy rooms, we could hear everything from underneath and from rooms next to us. Insufficient capacity of breakfast room serving two hotels in fact (Novotel + Ibis). Moreover one of only two coffee machines was broken. 250€ for a palm-size room is simply inadequate regardless to central location in Brugge.
