Liked: The room was clean and modern and we had a very comfortable stay. Loved the shower. Ashleigh at the front desk was lovely, friendly and helpful with all our questions. Close proximity to the airport especially with our early morning flight which was handy. The shuttle drop off service was great too. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.
Disliked: Walking to the hotel from the airport was difficult as the signage wasn't easy to follow so we got lost. Had to ask staff in the carpark area for assistance.

Disliked: Receptionist was very unprofessional when I checked in .I made the payment and asked for receipt,told me she will email it to a dummy email she created herself, I gave her my correct email and she never send me the receipt. Very disappointing with her customer service!The toilet was not clean,has and blood stains on the seat. Next morning got waken up by the cleaner at 7:30am wants to know when we will check out. Please train your staff!

Liked: The fact that you don’t have to leave the airport area is extremely convenient for an early morning flight during a layover. It was a simple and fast check in and out process. The room was simple and clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: We had booked a cot for our 18 month old. When we got to the room late at night there was no cot set up. As it was so late and we were getting up a few hours later we didn’t bother to follow it up as it would have taken away vital sleeping time. We had to pay a holding bond of $100 which I usually wouldn’t care too much about but they then charged us the card transaction fee. So having to pay $2 for my money to be frozen in my account for a few days seemed a bit steep. The rooms weren’t very sound proof so you could hear planes and other guests.
