Staff efficient and friendly; beds comfortable; in the perfect location. Already planning a return trip.

Disliked: No parking on site.

Very convenient. Decent clean hotel....

Liked: Our tv wouldn’t work. The staff went out of their way to resolve the problem A shout out to Chris, Andrea, Yumi and Grewal. All very pleasant and extremely helpfulVery comfortable bed
Disliked: Could have had some hand towels in room. And a toilet brush!

Disliked: Pretty basic, not much natural light but overall fine.

Liked: The room was basic, but it was fairly clean. The bathroom area could do with a deep clean, as I noted mold around the hinges and some hair on the floor. The location was great, and for that reason, we were happy enough. We didn't eat breakfast, as it wasn't the food we usually eat. Thank you
Disliked: The bathroom area needed a good clean as we saw some mold and some loose hairs on the floor.

Disliked: The design and the rooms remember it’s history, and it shows. The bathroom is a plastic capsule, but overall it’s clean, and good for one night.

Disliked: Slight issue when the cleaner, he walked into our room without knocking. Luckily we were dressed and ready to go out. He said he had knocked but clearly hadn't.
