ibis Brighton City Centre - Station

Staff efficient and friendly; beds comfortable; in the perfect location. Already planning a return trip.

Disliked: No parking on site.

Liked: Room was clean and nice and very close to the station. did not have breakfast there. staff was really nice and helpful
Disliked: the bed was very uncomfortable for my daughter. the springs on the bed was pushing through the matrass

Disliked: The bathroom felt a bit weird. It felt it had some movement a bit like a caravan. But the fixtures worked and the shower was easy to use.

Liked: I would like to thank Daniela who was very friendly and helpful as well as all the staff for giving us such a wonderful statying at Ibis ..I recommend everyone looking for acomodation in Brighton staying at Ibis as well as I'm also telling friends

Not sure I would stay...

Liked: Staff were attentive, the location was great and bed was comfy.
Disliked: We had to change rooms and ask for the sheets to be changed in the second room. First room there were blood stains and some other stains on the sheets. A similar scenario was in the second room we were given. The staff came to change our sheets and confirmed we were happy with the new ones. Should have been right the first time.

Only positive- dog friendly

Liked: The staff was great. Especially Peter at the reception was a true gentleman.The breakfast was good.I do not think we will stay in this hotel again if we can find other hotels which are dog friendly.
Disliked: The air con is so old , making a high pitch noise.The toilet flusher was dripping, and it was the same for upper room that we can hear their flush dripping too.The curtains were not black out, we woke up at 5 am because of the sunshine in the room.

Pleasant

Liked: Not the first time I've stayed there. Chosen for the location (right by the train station). Rooms are a decent size and clean and comfortable.
