Staff efficient and friendly; beds comfortable; in the perfect location. Already planning a return trip.

Disliked: No parking on site.

Superb stay

Liked: Superb hotel very near to both the train station and the city center. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was extremely spacious as well. The breakfast was just perfect with a great variety and also lots of vegetarian/vegan choices.I had a great stay and recommend this hotel 100%

Liked Brighton and would recommend...

Liked: The property was clean and quiet it is located within steps of the Southampton train station which was great on arrival. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: The room was good except that there was a step up into the bathroom which was almost round and when exiting the shower there was no mat so it was very easy to slip. You could go down to the front deck to obtain a floor mat however this was inconvenient. Also there are no usb ports and you must have a power converter for the plugs. Also there is no phone in the room.

Disliked: the toilet itself is pre-fabricate type which is not so nice. not sure why there is no socket on the bedside. air-con sucks...... the charge for pet is super expensive as it is 15GBP per night but not per stay
