Pleasant

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful, the reception and breakfast/lounge area was nice and big with toys for our little one.
Disliked: When we first got allocated a room, it was extremely poor. It stunk of stale urine and the extra bed was right up against an electric radiator which was not suitable for a 4 year old! The kind lady on reception helped us out and moved us to a larger room with a sofabed and this was nice and clean. Rooms are a bit outdated but this isn't a big deal to us, just a bit noisy as the doors are not very soundproof from corridor noises in early morning.
