Superb

Liked: Canal side location. I enjoyed walking along the canal to Salt Mills and Saltaire
Disliked: Didn't have breakfast, it looked poor value for money

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff and great location. Ample parking and dog friendly!
Disliked: There is exterior lighting shining directly into the room, which made it incredibly hard to sleep as it was so bright.

Liked: Fabulous location on the side of the Leeds to Liverpool canal. Very quiet and comfortable. Was within a short easy walk into Shipley and Saltaire.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

both had upset tummies when...

Liked: beds were ok and view from room was nice, but bathroom badly needs a re-vamp and milk sachets were 'off' so went across road and bought some fresh milk. Cooked breakfast had seen better days, bacon sat in pool of fat in dish, eggs had a hard coating as dried up, toaster needs replacing as slow and not big enough if 2 people wanting toast.
