Good stay,quiet and good location...

Liked: Everithing was perfect
Disliked: The dor in the bathroom couldn't be closed properly,needs some attention

A very nice stop over.

Liked: The staff were great, very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No usb sockets for charging phones, etc.

Wouldn't class this as a...

Liked: The location. Easy to get to London centre.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor quality (sausage and bacon seemed like it had been stood for a long period). Blinds in room (415) couldn't be opened was reported to staff members on multiple occasions but issue was not recitfed. We also had a issue with a plug socket in the room which didn't seem to work properly as well as the USB ports.
