Liked: The Manager on duty this morning 23/7/25 was excellent. Checking everything was in order from the front counter to the breakfast. Well done.

Disappointing.

Disliked: I had an intermittent load buzzing noise that kept me awake. I eventually moved rooms. The staff were helpful but no compensation was offered. It meant that I had 4 hours sleep, effecting the enjoyment of my stay.

Overall perfect.

Liked: We chose this property for its proximity to the city center. Absolutely perfect as you can either walk or take the tram which directly across the road from hotel. Friendly young staff, excellent breakfast options including a restaurant if you choose to dine in in the evening.
Disliked: The only comment we have would be to improve the coffee machines
