Disliked: massive road works around the hotel which makes it difficult to excess and the road from the exit car park gate closed which add 20 minutes to get out off town . instead the hotel could let the cars out through the entry gate and this problem would not arise . we were charged a different price for the hotel car park that was listed on booking. com staff member said it’s up in price and hadn’t got around to changing they insisted in taking the extra increase

Liked: This hotel was very basic, but very clean and in an ideal location. Perfect for travelling on a budget!
Disliked: Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a staff member. The girl who served us during check in and out was lovely and helpful. However, we were caught in a rain shower during the day when we had checked out. We had left our luggage in the hotel and came back to change into dry clothes, still having 8 hours left in the city before our flight. The girl who was working would not allow us to put our luggage back in the store room as she said “it would be too much work for her”. As a result we had to walk around with our bags, which got very wet in the rain. This girl was also quite rude when informing us of the same.

Liked: Almost perfect location and quite close to the centre. Also the tram system is exceptionally good..
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like at the hotel - all comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts provided were excellent with so much to choose from
