Superb

Liked: Great location, very clean and comfortable and the staff were exceptional. Only missing a kettle and a fridge but it is a budget hotel so survived without them. Really comfortable stay, thank you.

Liked: The staff. The breakfast and woman working on it.
Disliked: Broken bedside lamp never fixed, room very dark.Smell from bathroom. One chair for 2 people. At breakfast 2nd morning coffee machine no milk,fruit drinks machine not working .

Disliked: Room was so small and not at all suitable for 3 adults, a teenager and dog! Very uncomfortable stay and sofabed was not fit for purpose. There was 1 English news channel that did not work and reception staff basically said tough!! Unfortunately due to our experience we would never book an Ibis in future.

Liked: The location to the train station The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. A basic necessity that was not supplied and very inconvenient. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You could only buy tea and coffee at a dispenser in the entry foyer.
