Great location, welcoming staff, comfortable...

Liked: Location was perfect for exploring Bilbao with little legs. Loved having parking space too. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. We had a great stay.
Disliked: One of the rooms we had booked had an unpleasant odour upon arrival.

Liked: Good place to stay very close to the city centre. Quiet, clean, calm — basically all you need. And they do have a very good breakfast :)

Perfect option for budge trip...

Liked: Best ratio value for money. Great location and helpful staff.
Disliked: Water was not renewed for second day of our stay. Not enough towels for 2 people, no bathrobes, no wardrobe.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice facilities
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible - avocado wasn’t frwsh and with dark spots, boiled eggs were bad and tasted sour. There was not a big variety of food to choose.
