Great spot with friendly staff,...
Liked: Friendly staff (They also speak English), comfortable rooms, good wifi. It's also possible to hire bikes from the hotel if you want to see the city.
Disliked: No complaints, everything was great :)

Good place to rest :)
Liked: Good location, nice rooms, drinkable tap water, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, two elevators.
Disliked: Only few sockets with bad placement.

Liked: Good location, nice staff, private parking under the building.
Disliked: There was no electric kettle in the room.

Terrible
Liked: After all these issues, they still only provide an iron with a €20 deposit. Completely unacceptable.
Disliked: Despite being a well-known brand, I had a terrible night. The room’s cleanliness was close to zero — especially the bathroom, which was completely dirty and poorly maintained. This level of service is not worthy of such a brand. I was very disappointed and do not recommend it.

Superb
Liked: Amazing location (everything is near) and it has option to park car in the secured underground garage (it costs 14 euros per 24h). Friendly staff which helped to solve any issues and what I value much open to solve own mistakes (which are happening because we are all people). I recommend it if you come for a few days to explore Berlin. I believe that the price-quality link is quite decent and it worth the price.
