Very Good - 4.0 out of 5

Gemma, Dublin, visiting Mandela Hall Belfast Thu, 19 June 2014

Generally quite nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice.

Liked: Very close to the city and Mandela Hall, where I was attending a concert. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows. A gap above the door made it noisy.

Liked: Dont know, they canceled our room without telling us
Disliked: Got to the hotel and was told they were closed to guests. We were transferred to another hotel across town without ever being advised in advance

Passable

Liked: Staff, rooms and hotel nice just not the area we wanted.
Disliked: Prior to travel our booking was changed We were initially moved from Ibis to Holiday Inn Express on same street which was fine as it was still the area we needed to be in. Prior to travel our booking was changed again and we were placed in the Holiday Inn which was 20 minute walk from where we needed to be based which wasn't Ideal
