Great hotel friendly staff

Liked: The hotel was great staff were brilliant great location
Disliked: I was In room 18 two small for me but clean and tidy, I was in the rafters a lot of ducking

Excellent well worth a stay

Liked: Just liked to say, we really enjoyed our stay with you.Trouble free checking in and out, friendly staff, clean room, and lovely breakfast and evening meals.Some great local real ales with the bonus of a happy hour thrown in
Disliked: If I was going to be picky, our room lacked a stand up shower, so if we visit again we'll perhaps book a different room.

Liked: Staff at reception and bar were great.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty poor, mushroom omelette burnt and barely edible.

Lovely staff in a great...

Liked: A very genuine place to stay - all the staff are friendly, kind and helpful, but in a very real not manufactured or trained sense. The food is good and again generous. The bar has great local beers and ciders and again generous in the sense that they were good value for money.
Disliked: Not much - the days were hot and so was the bedroom but little that the hotel can do about that. They had provided a fan in advance of our arrival

Motorcycle trip to IOM via...

Liked: A beautiful location and a gem of a hotel to find in such a small village. All the staff were polite and efficient, a good size car park at the rear and great food in the restaurant, highly recommend the Dragon.
Disliked: For the room we had on our stay, the ceiling above the bath was low, therefore you had to sit down in the bath when using the flexible shower head,not an issue if you stand no more than about 5 feet tall.
