Liked: It was clean and nice lobby
Disliked: The air conditioner dripped all night and you felt like you were sleeping in the rain. The cleaners came into the room without warning in the morning and the bathroom and the whole room looked like a hospital.

Disliked: You get what you paid for, the staff charged me more and it was not clear why, or when the money was going to come back.

Liked: Breakfast - Decent and good range of items on the breakfast buffet.Reception team were all nice and polite.Close to Shopping center, with great options for shopping and food.
Disliked: Rooms - Basic does not describe the rooms.Bathroom - from the room I've stay I felt the shower was unsafe. That can easily lead someone with more age, or intoxicated to fall from it.Towells - A piec of rag would be offended to be compared to the towels provided by Ibis. I'm not sure who made the decision to purchase it, but you must think it's a investiment. This same towell will be used several times, but that one you should dispose it asap.For Barcelona weather, this compny should consider have rooms with mini fridge and offer it as room upgrade.It's too expensive to what its deliver, and I'd defenitely not recommend this brand to any one, and I'll not stay with Ibis again, after this experience. Luckly I'd made a 2nd reservation into another hotel for 2nd half of my holidays in Barcelona.
