Liked: Staff was friendly, on to it what you want and help you around the hotel as much as they can.
Disliked: First was parking was so narrow, nothing on website that it will charge you money for parking. If you paying 500$$ for staying at hotel and you need to pay another 70$$ for parking that sucks tbh… and the another thing was rooms should be putting the pics of rooms what it looks like in real not fake ones.

Liked: Locations were great. Understand I paid low price but wasn't expected small room. at least, bit more spacious that I can walk around
Disliked: bathroom facility seems bit old

Liked: Check in staff efficient and welcoming. Cleaning staff accommodating of my enquiry and request. Bed, linen, decor all great and room spotless.
Disliked: Maybe a plastic bag liner in rubbish bin; mainly to aid cleaning staff.

Liked: The garden dining and restaurant are fabulous. We were able to upgrade to a twin share room on the Novotel side for not too much extra as the ibis twin single beds room was a bit small.location perfect for my daughter to have surgery at Ascot hospital early next morning
Disliked: Ibis rooms are smaller than I realised and no opening windows . Room was too light at night with aircon light bright near the beds and no other source of air so couldn’t turn it off.
