Liked: Close to the Ellerslie race course was a big bonus.
Disliked: I had to get up early to catch the flight home!!

Little disappointed

Liked: Location was excellent, lovely facilities, good overall. Food was delicious, staff very friendly
Disliked: Toilet didn't flush very well, had to push buttons several times. Water kept running until you pushed buttons a couple of times. Needed an accessible power point beside the bed for medical equipment, couldn't find 1. Coffee tasted off, not enough coffee or sugar. Wrinkled up sachet, looked old. Needed more than 2 sachets, NO BODY WASH IN SHOWER it was empty. Cold water would be an idea in the fridge. Curtains hung over power points, fire Hazzard.

Disliked: The elevator doesn't work around 7-8pm, the ghost plays around with the doors opening and closing and the elevator buttons don't work at the same time. Other times it works.
