Liked: It was in a great location, the heart of the city, close to all the bars & restaurants. Comfortable bed & spacious room with wet room.
Disliked: A little bit of noise in the early hours of the morning. Areas on the walls are scuffed up.

Liked: Very centrally located and a nice, clean straightforward place to stay. Would stay again!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel staff are welcoming and accommodated our bicycles in a secure courtyard within the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style and has a good selection including hot and cold options. Our room was small but well presented, air con was fitted and works.

A central and easy stay...

Liked: Staff are really lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable and they gave us a larger room because we had our dog with us which was kind. Very central, easy to get to, parking nearby and perfectly good for a functional one night stay.
Disliked: It’s quite plasticky and the halls weren’t that clean.

Very lucky to get this...

Liked: The staff were excellent. Accommodating even with my GCSE French. The room was beautiful, quiet and so close to the main areas of Arras.
Disliked: Not mucho Breakfast was slightly confused but maybe someone could greet you to give you the idea otherwise it was great.
