Liked: The bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after long days exploring Amsterdam. The staff were excellent; friendly, professional, and responsive. Communication was clear both before and during our stay, and any questions we had were answered promptly and helpfully.
Disliked: Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)We stayed for four nights and were disappointed with the value for money. The room was very small, and the bathroom felt like something out of a caravan; cramped, with a shower door that didn’t close properly. There were no cupboards for clothing or personal items, and no view, just windows directly facing other rooms, so we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.The all-in-one hand and hair cleanser ran out halfway through our stay and wasn’t refilled. There was no in-room information about Wi-Fi, room service (if any), or how to contact the front desk. The street was quiet with little nearby, making the expensive hotel breakfast our only convenient option.Overall, the hotel lacked basic amenities and comfort. It may suit travelers with minimal expectations, but we wouldn’t stay here again for the price we paid.
