ibis Aberdeen Centre - Entertainment District

This was our first stay in an Ibis but it will deffo not be our last - so convenient; very clean; attentive staff; easy to check in and out; nice one - highly recommended.

Liked: Clean and very comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: The back of the hotel is quite ugly and unwelcoming. Needs a spruce up. The frontage is fine.

Liked: Alex, Damien and Helen were beyond helpful. Best staff in any hotel we stay in. There is no fault to be had about Ibis, Aberdeen. It is great. I want a loo pod like theirs!! And views and ventilation.
Disliked: All good!

Very enjoyable stay

Liked: Perfect location. Excellent staff.
Disliked: There could have been power points on both side of the bed to allow charging of phones etc

Liked: Very central. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room clean and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel was difficult due to restricted areas. Not knowing the area well we didn’t know where we could and couldn’t go.At breakfast the plates were cold as were the beans
