Good stay, but could be...

Liked: Location is great. Kids loved the pool.
Disliked: They wanted to charge a different amount from the Booking reservation.For a 4 star hotel, the services are a little weak. There was no amenities in the room and thet wanted to charge $25 for the beach umbrellas.

Exceptional

Liked: Great sized rooms with a safe and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned daily and to a high standard. I felt very safe here as a solo female and the staff were very friendly.

Liked: We loved the pool and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were really friendly.
Disliked: I wish the room we had was bigger like the pictures and better view. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a microwave.

Liked: It's the best hotel I have stayed in lately. Staff are professional in their work .Receptionist Sozedad is excellent .Housekeeping, breakfast , loppy, and the swimming pool are amazing

Liked: The location was pretty good
Disliked: We had a very small room which had a disgusting smell to it, didn’t like how the staff said “ ive been working for 10 years straight & its our first time getting this kind of comment, (im not saying that you’re lying but just saying), sir im not gonna say such thing when it’s our room obviously was smelly. Pissed me off tbh, we had our friends as well smell it and they had the same opinion.
