Liked: The stay was great. I was a little skeptical at first but they exceeded my expectations. The rooms and pool were clean ! Everything was organized and up to date, their bar/dinner area was really good. CVS & Walgreens close by 24hours so that was super handy! Front desk was a great help and welcoming vibe. Would recommend and stay there again.

Liked: they don't tell nothing about the parking, my car was towed and I pay almost one thousand dollars for pick up the car. Terrible experience.

Poor service all round and...

Liked: Door locks not working on our rooms, so trips up and down to reception, to get a room change. No hot water for 2 out of our 4 showers. No reply/help from reception area when trying to call about cold showers. All in all a very poor experience to the start of our holiday.

Enjoyed our stay

Liked: I think the location was great, especially that they provide 2 chairs on the beach. The staff is very friendly and nice.it’s close to restaurants and bars. They were very accommodating. We did an early check in and then they kept our stuff for a few more hours after we checked out. The roof top pool is really nice.About things that could be improved:The rooms are very small with a tiny window. So, you don’t get much space and sun light in the room. I wish they shared pictures of the rooms that show the actual size of the room.
