Nice enough room, pricey for...

Liked: Room was clean, after one night we had to change rooms. Our first room was a connecting room and the door is so thin we could hear everything next door which went on until late into the night. Our next room was not a connecting room so was much better, though you can hear everything in the hallway very clearly.
Disliked: Very unfriendly staff Room was very average, I think 3 star is more appropriate Pricey for what you actually get but I guess the location plays a part in that

A nightmare

Disliked: EverythingThe housekeepers don’t clean very well. The hotel is noisy and the room does not have a separated bathroom. To go to the hotel you have to go through an external restaurant

First ever visit to Miami...

Liked: Lovely rooms, beautiful shower and views. Friendly staff and extremely clean. Location was perfect
Disliked: A little expensive but to be expected with south beach. Stayed for one night and paid 300 dollars security deposit that you don’t get back for around 10 days which is a little high.
