I don’t recommend nobody to...

Liked: Worst hotel experience ever.I’m pregnant and my husband just had back surgery — and the front desk manager Anderson kicked us out at 1:00 AM for no reason. He yelled, hung up on us, called the police, and treated us with complete disrespect.Even the police said we did nothing wrong. This was pure bullying and abuse of power, not hospitality.Ruined our trip. Never staying with this chain again.
Disliked: The service is the worst service that I get in my life. This guy shouldn’t work with Client and specially, not in a 4 star hotel that I paid $600 per night and I’ve expected to get a list good service and for sure not to be evicted from the property because the guy is a egomaniac and he just decided that if we will not kiss his ass, we will not stay!It’s important to say that I didn’t do nothing to make him to act like that and I’m the first one to take responsibilities if I did, but I didn’t
